The Good Samaritan Communities of Lodi consist of the Lodi Good Samaritan Center, a skilled nursing facility, and Settlers' Trail, a senior housing with services apartment building. The Center provides both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Physical, occupational and speech therapies are offered on an inpatient and outpatient basis. A special care unit for Alzheimer's and other dementia also is available. Settlers' Trail is a 20-unit apartment building with services for persons 62 years of age or older. Services offered include one meal per day served in a congregate dining room, light housekeeping, transportation and an emergency response system.
